Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, drop-off' appointments are available. Please allow time for a team member to talk with you before dropping off. This will allow us to gather all information about your pet before dropping off for services needed. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date before scheduling a 'drop-off' appointment. Please call us to schedule a drop off' time for your pet. We are currently offering drop off services on Mondays and Wednesdays. Usually, we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, a team member will give you a call to establish a pickup time.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We do not accept checks. Due to our current credit card provider, there's a 3% charge on all card transactions. To avoid this charge, please pay with cash.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pets. We ask that all cats be brought in carriers and all dogs put on leashes.
